Job summary

CT Group is seeking an experienced AV project lead to drive the design and delivery of complex AV systems. You will manage client discussions, site surveys, and handovers, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and the project team to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 6+ years in AV or related tech delivery, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. You will contribute to pre-sales support and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AV, construction, or technical project delivery.
• Experience across multiple markets (events, sports, broadcast, corporate).
• Fluent English with strong communication.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical delivery of AV systems from client discussions to handover.
• Validate design and tender information to meet client functionality.
• Manage all project deliverables per schedule with stakeholders.
• Produce technical documentation including cable schedules and rack layouts using AutoCAD.
• Prepare BOM and coordinate changes with project team.
• Conduct site surveys to understand constraints before installation.
• Lead internal meetings on status and issues.
• Deliver project handovers and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide pre-sales technical support.
• Help develop internal processes with corrective actions and improvements.
• Stay current with AV industry trends and best practices.
• Assist service team in closing open fault cases on client sites.
