Job summary

CTI in London is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead complex integration projects from concept through handover. The role suits someone with a strong AV background who can manage projects, people, and client expectations.

You will coordinate design, programming, procurement, installation and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and on-budget performance while maintaining a superb customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Background as AV Design Engineer, Programmer, Commissioning Engineer, Installation Engineer, or similar technical AV role.
• Strong understanding of AV systems including video conferencing, collaboration technologies, control systems, DSP, audio, video distribution, and networking.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across London and the UK when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of commercial AV integration projects from contract award through to final handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate internal departments including design, programming, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, and commercial performance.
• Review technical drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to internal teams and subcontractors.
