Job summary

Ambien Group in London HQ seeks a Group AV Operations Manager to lead how we plan, coordinate and deliver projects across AV, exhibitions, LED and studio teams. You will work with account managers, studio managers and department heads to align resources, processes and systems for scalable growth.

The role focuses on enabling creative teams, refining workflows, and building strong relationships with freelancers, suppliers and internal teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management or production coordination.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including freelancers and suppliers.
• Ability to design and improve workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freelance and full-time resources across AV, exhibitions, LED and studio teams.
• Forecast resource requirements and manage bookings with production leads.
• Ensure onboarding, documentation and compliance are clear and consistent.
• Refine workflows and schedules across departments to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Plan equipment movement, storage and readiness across sites.
