Job summary

Prospero Integrated in London is seeking an Event & Production Manager to lead end-to-end production for a range of events, from budgeting and planning through to onsite delivery and completion.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event delivery, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot live issues quickly to ensure outstanding client experiences. Strong communication and health & safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event production.
• Strong technical knowledge across core event technologies (audio, lighting, projection, LED).
• Experience managing and developing technical teams or event crews.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of low- to mid-scale events and conferences from budgeting to onsite delivery.
• Support Production Managers on larger-scale events as a liaison between internal teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and practical solutions throughout planning and delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges quickly in high-pressure live-event environments.
