Job summary

Production Futures Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end event execution, from design and planning through to delivery and post-event review. You will coordinate technical teams, sales and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with superior client service.

The role requires strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will implement production standards and SOPs to drive consistency in event production

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry. Project Management experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and communicate technical production & labour schedules, sub-rental requirements, project scope, execution plan and individual responsibilities to team members, vendors and venue partners.
• Determine and secure the resources required to successfully complete each project.
• Drive Results by attending client meetings and maintaining show documentation.
• Monitor project scope throughout the event planning process and adjust as necessary.
• Assist sales and operations teams to determine equipment needs and technical solutions.
• Review sales documents to ensure equipment meets client needs.
• Deliver World Class Service with strong client relationships and outstanding customer service.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) documentation is in place and communicated to the delivery team.
• Manage onsite changes and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on event execution and best practices.
