Job summary

Premier Production Ltd. is seeking an established Technical Audio-Visual Project Manager to join the team. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of AV projects, planning requirements, and coordinating sites, crews and suppliers while upholding health and safety and quality standards.

You will manage client briefs, coordinate staging, lighting, sound and logistics, travel as needed, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven background in audio-visual project management for live events.
• Experience handling client briefs and coordinating AV requirements.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technical AV delivery from planning to execution.
• Plan staging, lighting and sound based on client briefs.
• Attend site visits and allocate resources (crew, kit).
• Prepare production documents and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor costs and project profitability, resolving on-site issues.
