Job summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead the Event Production team, driving the technical delivery of diverse live events and ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, resources, and schedules across multiple projects while supporting sales with technical input and proposals to grow the department and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior event production leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of technical event production across live events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Event Production Managers to high performance and client satisfaction.
• Allocate and manage workloads to ensure seamless event delivery across multiple projects.
• Oversee technical planning and execution of events with focus on quality, safety and client expectations.
• Maintain oversight of budgets, staffing costs, equipment expenditure, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through technical production enhancements and services.
• Support sales with technical input for client proposals and presentations.
• Ensure compliant event documentation and health & safety records.
