Job summary

Prospero Integrated in Swansea is seeking a Lead AV Engineer to own on-site AV installation projects, lead the installation team and mentor junior engineers. You will ensure installation quality, coordinate with project managers and client representatives, and resolve technical issues on site.

The role demands hands-on commissioning, system testing and the ability to read AV schematics and rack layouts. Experience with DSP, AV over IP, and Crestron/Extron control is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AV systems components and their integration.
• Experience reading AV schematics, rack layouts and installation drawings.
• Relevant AV H&S certificates such as IPAF & PASMA.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installation projects on site and manage the installation team.
• Maintain installation quality and mentor junior engineers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for site issues.
