Qualifications

• Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Proven experience as a Senior Technician in a busy workshop.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets and other major components.
• Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations.
• Explain test results and repair options clearly to customers.
• Work with the auto centre team to maintain high quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry updates and safety protocols.
