Perfect Placement is representing a reputable automotive service centre in Diss seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to high standards in a modern workshop and contribute to customer satisfaction.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, no weekend shifts, with a competitive salary up to £33,000 plus an OTE up to £37,000 and ongoing development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Level 2 or above preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to high standards.
• Identify faults using diagnostic equipment and determine necessary repairs.
• Complete work efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out.
• Support team members in achieving quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
