Job summary

Leggett Dynamics in Ammanford is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join the branch leadership team and drive service performance across customer service, logistics, inventory management and production planning.

You will lead key supply chain functions, build strong relationships with customers, and ensure on-time delivery while championing a culture of safety and continuous improvement. An automotive background is preferred and a hands-on, data-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations, preferably automotive.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Shape customer relationships and drive service performance across customer service, logistics, inventory management and production planning.
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Oversee material flow, production planning, warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
