Leggett Dynamics in Ammanford seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead customer relationships, drive service performance, and oversee logistics, inventory, and production planning. You’ll act as the voice of the customer across the branch, partnering with multiple functions to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations, preferably automotive.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Hands-on, perseverant leadership style even in intense periods.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kanban, VSM).

We, at Leggett Dynamics, are searching for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) within our branch leadership team to help support our Automotivebusiness in Ammanford. As a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) you’ll take over a high-visibility role where you'll shape customer relationships, drive service performance and lead key supply chain functions across customer service, logistics, inventory management and production planning. As the voice of the customer within the branch, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer needs are understood, anticipated and delivered. You'll build trusted partnerships with key customers, collaborate across multiple functions and drive operational performance to achieve outstanding results.

Additionally, you’ll:

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact
• Proactively manage changing customer demand and ensure a best-in‑class service experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of leadership experience within a customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations environment, ideally within the automotive industry
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship‑building capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision making
• A hands‑on approach, perseverance, and composure even during intense periods
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools, including 5S, Kanban, Synchronous material flow, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and related frameworks
