Leggett Dynamics in Ammanford seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead customer relationships, drive service performance, and oversee logistics, inventory, and production planning. You’ll act as the voice of the customer across the branch, partnering with multiple functions to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations, preferably automotive.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Hands-on, perseverant leadership style even in intense periods.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kanban, VSM).
