Job summary

Sytner BMW Cardiff is looking for a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join their team. You will provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and ad-hoc duties, working closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and management.

The role involves delivering excellent customer service to enquiries in a prompt manner and working flexible patterns, which can include weekends to maintain high levels of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in busy environment.
• Extremely organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
