Job summary

Sytner Cardiff is seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to support the sales team with file auditing, trade transfers and ad-hoc duties, delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and management team to ensure smooth operation and timely responses to customer enquiries.

Sales Administrators work a variety of patterns, which can include weekends to maintain the highest levels of service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
• Proficient IT skills are expected.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing and trade transfers.
