Job summary

Akkodis seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex automotive programmes across OEMs, including EVs, software delivery, and autonomous systems. You will own multiple workstreams, ensure governance, and maintain client confidence through effective risk management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end automotive projects.
• Experience across EVs, ICE, electrical/electronic, body & trim, supply chain.
• Experience across full lifecycle from concept to SOP.
• Experience with multiple delivery workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with OEM and supplier ecosystems.
• Balancing agile with governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex automotive system projects.
• Act as primary client contact, manage progress, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate multiple delivery workstreams and dependencies.
• Lead agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as appropriate.
• Maintain governance, RAID logs, reporting packs, and budgeting.
• Drive roadmap planning and dependency mapping.
• Collaborate with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Monitor team performance and velocity with metrics.
• Remove blockers and support high-pressure delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure governance and reporting standards across ground transport.
