Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in programme/project management in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop programme plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, fostering relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement quality control measures to meet automotive industry standards and customer specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on programme status, KPIs, financial metrics, and milestones.
