Job summary

EVera Recruitment is supporting an established automotive component manufacturer that supplies leading Tier 1 businesses and global vehicle programmes.

This role focuses on developing and managing programme plans, budgets and timelines, leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams, and acting as the primary contact for automotive customers. The position offers genuine scope for progression within a well-established automotive business.

Qualifications

• Automotive programme or project management experience within an OEM, Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
• Engineering background, ideally electromechanical.
• Experience delivering products through manufacturing and industrialisation.
• Strong customer-facing, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within EV, battery systems, busbars, connectors or BMS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing programme plans, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Acting as the principal contact for automotive customers.
• Managing programme risks, costs, milestones and reporting.
• Driving continuous improvement and delivery against quality, cost and timing targets.
