Job summary

Dukosi, a leader in smart cell monitoring for battery systems, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in Edinburgh to drive large-scale projects from concept to production. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and risks, and ensure alignment with automotive and industrial market standards.

The role requires a strong PMO background, excellent communication, and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact automotive-enabled projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years' experience in semiconductor hardware and/or software product development.
• Working knowledge and expertise in Automotive and other market specifications and standards including ISO26262, AEC-Q100, IATF-14969, ASPICE and ISO9001.
• Significant experience in project management with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex semiconductor based projects.
• History of implementing and managing PMO processes and Quality Management System governance.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time execution of multiple large-scale projects.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the product development cycle from concept to production.
• Monitor and analyse resource allocation across assigned projects, identifying gaps and addressing them.
• Utilize risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Implement project monitoring mechanisms to measure progress and maintain project plan.
• Be the focal point of change management and controlling project scope.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to align goals with business needs.
• Autonomously develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for automotive applications.
