Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive performance engineering or related field.
• Experience with calibration tools and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for engine, chassis, and powertrain performance optimization.
• Analyze data from tests and simulations to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing to implement enhancements.
• Design, build, and test prototype components to validate gains.
• Document methodologies and findings clearly.
