The role requires five years of leadership experience, deep automotive knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with DMS and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing a profitable service department.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair, diagnostics, and warranty procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting and staff management.

Responsibilities
