Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / General Sales Manager within an automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of both new and used vehicle sales.
• Proven experience managing and developing a Sales team.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dealership KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of the Sales Department and drive targets.
• Motivate, coach and develop the Sales team to maximise performance.
• Manage stock, pricing, and profitability while maintaining standards.
• Ensure strong lead management and timely customer follow-up.
• Support deal structures, appraisals and negotiations with the team.
• Collaborate with Aftersales and senior management to align objectives.
