Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including customer communication, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage scope, change orders, and project profitability.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, controls, and manufacturing).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development and participating in customer presentations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from deal close to delivery with focus on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Act as primary customer liaison and own project relationship.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks.
• Monitor progress and report to Sr Management per BOS Playbook.
• Manage commercial aspects including milestones, change orders, and profitability.
• Facilitate design reviews, site visits, and customer communications.
