Job summary

Fusion Talent is seeking an Engineering Manager to own end-to-end automation delivery for a £30m+ project within a growing manufacturing facility. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive engineering execution and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

The successful applicant will combine a strong background in engineering management with experience in automation, CAPEX delivery and site strategy development, and will sit on the Senior Leadership Team to shape the plant's long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Strong background in engineering management.
• Experience delivering automation projects in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Proven ability to staff and develop long-term engineering strategy.

Responsibilities

• Cradle to grave delivery of a major automation project.
• Define, oversee and implement engineering strategy for the site.
• Be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
