Severn Trent in the United Kingdom is hiring a Senior Automation Engineer to deliver automation expertise for day-to-day operational support across our Worcester and Gloucester areas. You will program, maintain and repair Rockwell and Mitsubishi PLC, HMI and SCADA systems, and contribute to data-driven improvements in process control and visualization.

You’ll work with telemetry, instrumentation for pressure, flow and level, enable accurate data to inform decisions, and help standardize ICA

Qualifications

• Automation expertise for day-to-day operational support.
• Experience with Rockwell and Mitsubishi PLCs preferred.
• Understanding of data analysis and process control.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day automation support to operations teams.
• Program, maintain and repair Rockwell & Mitsubishi PLC, HMI, SCADA systems.
• Improve process control and visualization to drive efficiencies.
• Ensure ICA installations meet STW standards.
