Overview: The Senior Auditor will be responsible for leading audit engagements, conducting risk assessments, and executing audit procedures to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored audit plans based on identified risks.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors and staff, providing training and guidance during audits.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate audit findings to management and provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations, standards, and best practices within the auditing field.
• Assist in the development of audit methodologies and audit tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a public accounting or large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implications from data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
