Job summary

Cooper Parry in London is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead planning, execution and finalisation of audit assignments across a diverse client base. You will review work, manage engagements, and support partners with business development while guiding junior staff.

You’ll work with Directors and Partners, build client relationships, and contribute to growth as the South and London audit teams expand in 2026.

Qualifications

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Have prior experience in a managerial level role, or proven experience at Assistant Manager level
• Be able to demonstrate experience managing a variety of audit assignments
• Have bags of personality, you're good with people and, oh… you'll be pretty good with numbers too
• Be ambitious and have the desire to push, challenge, and develop your career

Responsibilities

• Focusing on planning, executing, and finalising all areas of audit assignments
• Reviewing assignments, providing constructive feedback and support to the team
• Managing a portfolio of clients and communicating engagement progress, problems, financial information and other business concerns
• Participating in networking and building client relationships
• Supporting partners with business development activities and client tender processes
• Getting actively involved in the guidance and development of Juniors
