Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of owner-managed and privately owned businesses across the South, delivering exceptional service and value. You will work with Directors and Partners to grow the audit practice, coach staff, and win new business.

You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with managerial experience, capable of managing diverse audit assignments, and comfortable with business development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACCA qualification required.
• Experience at a managerial level or as Assistant Manager.
• Proven track record managing a variety of audit assignments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalise audit assignments.
• Review work and provide feedback to develop the team.
• Manage a portfolio of owner-managed and privately owned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify value-added opportunities.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
