Job summary

Cooper Parry in London is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team. You will lead planning, execution and completion of audits, review work, manage client portfolios, and support business development.

You'll mentor Juniors and collaborate with Directors and Partners, helping clients solve problems and add value. We foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience in a managerial level role, or proven experience at Assistant Manager level.
• Demonstrable experience managing a variety of audit assignments.
• Strong numeracy and ability to develop and coach others.
• Ambitious and committed to developing your career.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalise all areas of audit assignments.
• Review assignments and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and communicate engagement progress and issues.
• Build client relationships through networking and stakeholder engagement.
• Support Partners with business development and client tender processes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
