Job summary

You will partner with Managers and Partners from planning through completion, ensuring high‑quality standards. The role offers hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office and opportunities for professional growth, with a competitive salary up to £55,000.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or by experience).
• Experience in accountancy practice audits.
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing standards.
• Experience supervising junior staff.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive and commercial problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Leading audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Planning, coordinating and reviewing audit work.
• Managing on-site and remote audit teams.
• Reviewing statutory accounts and audit files.
• Identifying risks and ensuring compliance with relevant auditing standards.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Assisting Managers and Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives.
