Key duties include assignment management, budget control, staff mentoring, and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
• Senior-level managerial experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality audits.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and foster relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage assignments including cost estimations and billing.
• Maintain high audit quality and participate in quality assurance processes.
• Provide detailed staff briefings on client specifics and directions.
• Ensure assignments stay within budget and address issues with partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and service excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs and use specialist services.
• Stay updated on technical developments through CPD and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and students within the team.
