Job summary

Crowe Midlands is seeking a qualified Senior Associate in Audit to deliver high-quality client work and lead audit assignments. You will coach junior staff, manage relationships with clients, and contribute to the wider business and people development.

The role covers UK GAAP audits, with opportunities to engage in advisory work across our client base. Based in the Midlands, you will work with teams across the UK offices, ensuring delivery to time and quality while upholding Crowe's risk

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification is essential.
• Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally UKGAAP.
• Strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel, skills.
• Passion for client service and delivering results.
• Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to personal development.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact with clients on day-to-day basis.
• Demonstrate writing, research and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Anticipate client needs and communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Plan, execute and finalise audit assignments for review by manager/partner.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Lead fieldwork at client sites and support cross‑department collaboration.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and develop solutions.
