Job summary

Crowe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Associate to join the pensions audit and assurance team, delivering high‑quality audits for a varied portfolio of pension funds and schemes.

You'll supervise and deliver audits from planning to completion, mentor junior team members, report to Managers and Directors, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining professional standards and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in accounting (ACA/CA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of auditing pension schemes and the Pensions SORP.
• Knowledge of relevant pensions regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise statutory audits from planning to completion.
• Deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
• Report to Managers, Senior Managers and Directors on Audit and Assurance assignments.
• Lead pensions assurance projects and liaise with clients.
• Support audit managers to ensure objectives and standards are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
