Job summary

Crowe is recruiting a Senior Associate, Audit for our Midlands office. You will lead delivery of client-based assignments, coach team members and manage client relationships.

The role may involve advisory work on both audit and non-audit clients, with opportunities to contribute to broader business and people development. The ideal candidate will hold ACA/ACCA/CA qualifications, have significant auditing experience and a passion for client service, with energy and a drive for career progression

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification required.
• Significant auditing experience, ideally UKGAAP knowledge.
• Strong client service orientation and enthusiasm for personal development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality audit assignments for client sites.
• Lead and coach junior team members and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to advisory engagements on audit and non-audit clients.
• Assist in planning, execution and finalisation of audits for manager/partner review.
• Identify risks and provide solutions within firm policies and regulatory rules.
• Support business development and opportunities across service lines.
