Job summary

Crowe UK in Manchester is seeking a qualified Audit Senior Associate to join our Audit/Assurance team. You will lead and deliver client-based audit engagements for a diverse portfolio including charities and owner-managed businesses, with opportunities to work across UK offices.

You will coach junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business unit. The role offers development, exposure to advisory work, and a clear progression path within Crowe UK.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification essential.
• Significant auditing and accounting experience (ideally UKGAAP).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A passion for client service.
• Display energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results.
• A keenness to further your own personal development and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members on audit engagements and manage client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality audit work and reporting.
• Contribute to the success of the business unit and people development.
• Support advisory engagements on audit and non-audit clients as appropriate.
• Occasionally support other UK offices outside Manchester.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and business development.
