Job summary

Crowe is seeking a talented Senior Associate to strengthen the Audit function at our Thames Valley office. This role suits a recently qualified Auditor seeking broader experience in a supportive environment, with a growing team of around 90 auditors.

You will work with Managers, Directors and Partners on a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors, delivering high-quality audit work and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external audits within an accountancy firm.
• Recently qualified or nearing qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Able to be a role model for trainees and peers, with a strong client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit work to high standards for a varied client portfolio (corporate, listed and owner‑managed).
• Collaborate with Managers, Directors and Partners across multiple sectors.
• Contribute to Crowe Thames Valley’s growth and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and develop junior team members to drive quality and efficiency.
