Job summary

Hyve Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager for Audience Development to build and secure a network of attendees for Machina, Europe’s flagship AI and robotics event. You will drive audience acquisition, retention and engagement across buyers and senior leaders, while delivering measurable program ROI year-round and onsite.

You will manage multiple portfolios, report on KPIs, and partner with marketing to convert inbound leads into registrations and targeted activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in high growth, high volume account management or new business sales within events, AI, or SaaS.
• Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing a pipeline.
• Strong stakeholder and C-suite engagement with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key business accounts, developing relationships and generating new connections with buyers.
• Schedule virtual and in-person meetings to drive registrations for Hosted Programme and delegate tickets.
• Meet weekly/monthly attendee acquisition and revenue targets.
• Prospect via phone and digital channels to grow pipelines; follow up on marketing efforts.
• Identify and engage senior executives, align buyer priorities with sponsor objectives.
• Own pipeline management and CRM data accuracy; track outreach and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and events to maximize community engagement.
• Attend industry events and demonstrate ROI through measurable outcomes.
