Job summary

Hyve Group in London is seeking a Senior Manager for Audience Development to build, nurture and secure a network of attendees for Machina, Europe’s flagship AI and robotics event. It’s a fast‑paced role focused on quality and scale of attendance and engagement.

In this role you will own pipeline, recruit senior leaders, coordinate with marketing and content teams, and ensure attendee targets and revenue are met across hosted programmes and delegate tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience in high growth, high volume account management or new business sales within events, AI or SaaS industries.
• Demonstrable experience in a targeted & performance‑based Sales/Business Development role.
• Effective sales leadership with a track record of exceeding sales targets and engaging with C-suite.
• Confident presenter with ability to engage senior executives.
• Self-motivated with an analytical mindset and curiosity about physical AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key business accounts, developing existing relationships and generating new connections with buyers.
• Arrange virtual and in‑person meetings and presentations with associations and accounts to deliver registrations for Hosted Programme and delegate tickets.
• Meet weekly and monthly attendee acquisition and revenue targets.
• Prospect via phone to grow new business pipelines and follow up on marketing efforts (LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.).
• Identify and engage with senior and C‑suite executives and communicate Machina’s portfolio and capabilities.
• Own pipeline management and reporting, maintaining CRM records to track outreach, registrations, buyer quality, and program performance.
