Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor for a leading construction consultancy delivering major nuclear defence infrastructure in the UK. The role leads a high-performing commercial team and drives commercial delivery on complex projects.

Based around Reading with occasional travel, you will oversee procurement, contract administration and strategic commercial guidance, while developing staff and delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Senior quantity surveying experience on major infrastructure, defence or nuclear projects.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC contracts or Alliance contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across complex infrastructure programmes.
• Deliver strategic commercial advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee NEC contract administration and commercial governance.
• Lead procurement strategy and risk management.
• Mentor and develop commercial teams.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
