Job summary

Conrad Consulting is assisting a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support major nuclear defence programmes. Based near Reading, the role offers ownership of complex commercial packages and exposure to nationally significant infrastructure projects.

You’ll lead commercial management across project packages, coordinating with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery through all lifecycle stages.

• Strong NEC contract knowledge or Alliance contracting experience

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major nuclear defence programmes.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex commercial packages while working on some of the UK's most strategically important infrastructure projects.

The Role

You’ll lead the commercial management of significant project packages, working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure successful delivery across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Based around Reading, you’ll also attend project sites when required.
