Brandon James is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for their Glasgow office to develop alongside experienced commercial professionals on a varied portfolio of projects.

You will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle with structured training and support towards professional chartership, while working in a collaborative, career-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or closely related construction discipline.
• RICS-accredited degree or MRICS progression.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Professional and commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
• Support procurement and tender analysis.
• Prepare valuations and assess variations.
• Assist with contract administration and cost reporting.
• Attend client, design team and site meetings.
• Support final accounts preparation and agreement.
