Carriera is working with an established construction consultancy looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate Cost Manager to play a key role within its Oxford operation.
This is a senior client facing position combining project delivery, account management and team leadership.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for established client accounts across sectors including education, healthcare and commercial property, while helping develop those relationships and identify opportunities for further growth.
This would suit an experienced consultancy Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager who has progressed beyond straightforward project delivery and is comfortable taking ownership of clients, people and commercial performance.
This is a senior appointment with influence beyond individual project delivery.
You will take ownership of established client relationships, help shape the development of key accounts and play an active role in the continued growth of the Oxford Cost Management team.
