Job summary

Hays Construction and Property is seeking a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a client-side project team at Glasgow Airport. You will provide commercial and cost management expertise across refurbishment, infrastructure and capital investment works within a complex operational environment.

The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio, with clear progression for senior levels and long-term secondment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline).
• MRICS chartership preferred.
• Proven consultancy or client-side Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong contract knowledge and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Experience in infrastructure, aviation, construction, property or major capital projects is advantageous.
