Job summary

TLT LLP seeks a Senior Associate to join its national Property Litigation team. This full-time role is based in Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham with hybrid working.

You will manage a caseload, deliver excellent client service across sectors, and supervise junior team members while developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development. The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 4+ years of property litigation PQE, analytical and communicative, capable of leading

Job description

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our successful, national Property Litigation team. This is a full-time position, based in Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham on a hybrid working basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to develop their career as a senior member of our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team, you will be expected to deliver the following:

• Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
• Provide an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departments
• Supervise the work being undertaken by more junior team members
• Collaborate with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiatives
• Work with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm.

Your Skills & Experience

You will be/have:

• A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) 4+ year's PQE with experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision. Experience of acting for clients in the public sector or telecoms would be an advantage but not essential
• A creative, forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• A client focused approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
• Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
• The drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally and sharing our people focused values
