Job summary

TLT is recruiting a Managing Associate to join its Real Estate team in Manchester or Bristol. The role offers flexible working and can support full or part-time hours.

You will handle a mix of property acquisitions, disposals and asset management, supervise junior team members, and collaborate with Partners across offices while driving client relationships and nationwide growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Managing Associate to join our Real Estate team in Manchester or Bristol. This role is offered on a flexible working basis and can accommodate full or part-time hours.Your Role As a key addition to our growing team, you can expect to be involved with:

• Varied work for a range of clients spanning matters including property acquisitions and disposals and asset management
• Supervising and supporting junior members within the team
• Collaborating closely with the Partners across our office locations
• Taking an active involvement in business development as well as managing existing client relationships
• Assisting in the long-term growth and development of our Real Estate offering nationwide
• A qualified Solicitor 7+ years' PQE in a similar legal setting
• A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• Client focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
• Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
• Drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm's offering locally and nationally
