The role focuses on recurring deliverables, process improvements, and creating clear, concise materials for senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a real estate-related role.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop concise materials for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines and geographies to reflect latest information in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze portfolio performance and positioning across sectors and strategies.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc investor communications and reporting packages.
• Support development of talking points and market updates for portfolio performance and themes.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Investor Relations and portfolio companies to ensure timely, accurate materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new workstreams as business needs evolve.
