Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Support, Executive Support, PMO, Reporting or Business Management.
• Background in Financial Services Operations or Asset Servicing is a plus.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and producing management information.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders with business planning, coordination and operational priorities.
• Manage diaries, meetings, agendas, action logs and follow-ups.
• Produce MI, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and leadership reporting packs.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, briefing papers and management reports.
• Track actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Business Management and Change teams.
• Support governance activities and reporting cycles.
