Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' PQE with a strong personal injury litigation background.
• Specialist, hands-on experience handling fatal RTA claims.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and contribute to successful business development initiatives.
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage complex and sensitive claims.
• Experience managing or supervising a small team would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex personal injury matters, including fatal RTA claims and related issues.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Support the team’s wider objectives and growth of the practice.
• Take a senior role in handling high-value, sensitive cases and mentoring junior fee-earners.
