Oculus Legal Group in the South West is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Personal Injury team of a highly regarded, Tier1 Legal500 law firm.

You will handle a varied caseload in complex personal injury litigation, with a focus on fatal RTA claims, animal and cycling injuries, and matters for vulnerable claimants. The role emphasizes strong client relationships and active business development, with hybrid working and flexible arrangements.

Formación

• At least 6 years' PQE in personal injury litigation.
• Specialist hands-on experience handling fatal RTA claims.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and support successful business development initiatives.
• Experience supervising a small team would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex personal injury matters, including fatal RTA claims.
• Handle claims involving injuries to animals, cycling-related injuries, and cases for vulnerable individuals.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the practice's growth.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support business development activities.

TheRole

Youwillmanageadiversecaseloadofcomplexpersonalinjurymatters,including:

• Fatalroadtrafficaccidentclaims.
• Claimsinvolvinginjuriescausedbyanimals.
• Cycling-relatedinjuryclaims.
• Claimsbroughtonbehalfofvulnerableindividuals.

Alongsidemanagingyourowncaseload,youwillplayanimportantroleindevelopingclientrelationships,supportingtheteam'swiderobjectivesandidentifyingopportunitiestogrowthepracticethrougheffectivebusinessdevelopment.
