Job summary

Minster Law is seeking an experienced Associate Team Leader for its Serious Injury Department. You will supervise and provide technical support on multi-track RTA claims valued from £100k to £1M, guiding teams to deliver excellent client service.

The role requires a solicitor with 8+ years PQE, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with Proclaim and case-management systems. You will mentor staff, support KPIs, and drive quality outcomes across the practice.

Qualifications

Admitted Solicitor with Rights to Litigate (8+ years PQE).
Experience supervising high-value multi-track PI (RTA) claims.
Proficient with electronic case management systems (Proclaim preferred).
Strong IT skills: Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide technical supervision to Grade A colleagues on multi-track RTA claims (£100k–£1M).
Coach leads and AFEs; ensure adherence to supervision framework.
Drive case progression to meet performance KPIs and financial targets.
Support in billing governance forums and provide technical submissions.
Collaborate with QA, Technical Compliance, and Technical Leads to manage risk.
Lead in-house training and share best practice across teams.
